Ordering
Who is eligible to order?
Any Canadian resident that is 19 years of age or older.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Please reach out to us to make any changes to your order. As long as your item hasn’t shipped we will be help make the changes you need.
Is it safe to buy these products online?
Its very safe! The packages are covered by the CanadaPost Corporation Act which states that law enforcement may not seize or interfere with the delivery of your mail, unless it’s considered a threat to national security.
Buying online is typically safer than buying from a dealer.
I ordered but didn't receive an email
Our email may have gone to spam or you may have made a typo when entering your email. Reach out and let us know your not getting emails so we can make sure you get the info you need.
Payment
What payment options are available?
We currently accept payment by Bitcoin and e-Transfer.
If your not familiar with paying by bitcoin then please visit Guide to paying by BTC to learn how. Its actually quite easy.
Only e-Transfers from Canadian bank accounts will accepted. Follow the emailed instructions.
I submitted my order and made payment. Now what?
It can take some time for the funds to arrive in our account. Once payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order is processing.
Our typical order processing time is one business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
If you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Can I get a refund?
In the cases where a refund is required. Interact e-Transfer payments will be refunded to the same email / bank account less bank fees.
Cryptocurrency payments would be refunded as a store credit coupon code. Any crypto payment to an incorrect crypto address will not be refunded. Always copy and paste the crypto address you are sending payment to.
Shipping
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are sent in very plain and discreet packaging with no indication of contents.
What shipping options are available?
All orders are sent via Canada Post Xpresspost.
This is the safest and quickest option.
How much does shipping cost?
Canada wide express shipping is $20 on orders under $99. Orders $99 or over ship free.
Do I need to sign for my package?
No. Your order will arrive in your mailbox just like any other mail from Canada Post.
Products
What is the difference between the different MDMA offered?
The various MDMA we sell was produced slightly differently in seperate labratories but in the end are chemically 99% identical.
People sometimes find they have a preference for one over the other but its subjective and would require experimentation on your part to know what you like best. But don’t sweat this decision. Any one will be great.
Should I buy S-Ketamine or R-Ketmaine
Unfortunately this is subjective and would require some experimentation on your part. We can say that S-Ketamine is more popular with our clients. Check out our following pages that offer guidance on Ketamine including what the differences are between the two types.

How to I measure out my dose?
The best way to measure our your dose is using a gem scale. Gem scales are cheap and accurately measure very small amounts of substances. Here is an example.

Fold a small piece of paper to put on the scale so your powder doesn’t go directly on the plate.
